We currently sell online only.
Shippings And Returns
We currently ship to both the United Kingdom and the United States.
Please note that shipping fees vary by destination,
as international delivery involves higher logistics costs.
Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.
Once your order is processed, we will email you the tracking number.
International orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days.
If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund.

Candle Use And Care
Each 50g candle burns for approximately 10–12 hours.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight or heat.
In a wind-free environment, our candles burn clean and smoke-free, thanks to soy wax and lead-free wicks.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, especially around children or pets. Always extinguish it before leaving the room or going to sleep.
- Trim the wick to about 5mm before each use to ensure a steady and clean flame.
- Allow the entire surface of the candle to melt before extinguishing to prevent tunneling and wax waste.
- Do not blow out the candle directly as it may cause black smoke. Use a snuffer, bell cover, or dip the wick into the wax pool to extinguish.
- Never place candles near vents, curtains, paper, or any flammable materials.
